We want to define the best infrastructure topology matched to our JIRA implementation. We are thinking and planning to install JIRA Software + Servicedesk + Confluence in Azure.
Is there any infraestructure map, role based or something to help us to define the best and scalable scenario. I think is not the best way to install all into de the same server.

generally the infrastructure map is specific to your needs, but some general guidelines.
Separate the database server from the application servers. There are several dbms' you can choose from – JIRA Supported Platforms for details. You want enough horse power on the DBMS so you can setup all databases for the apps in the same server.
JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk can run on same server, this will allow easier integration across your issue/dev project and your service desk projects. Edit operations (other than comments and attachments) on the JSD projects will be restricted to users with agent licenses only.
Confluence should be on a separate server
