I’ve had good luck setting up simple Jira boards with clear statuses and using automation rules to keep tasks moving without constant check-ins. For bigger campaigns, I break work into small, trackable pieces so nothing slips. I also pull in references from past projects my team did with a virtual corporate event production company, since those timelines helped me shape reusable Jira templates that keep everyone on the same page.
