Best practice to visualize Jira issues dependency

What is the best way to visualize issues in Jira with below cases:

• Teams involve have different definition of start/end date
• Each teams has different way of creating issues for their work items. some create story, some create task
• Each issues has unique workflow steps and statuses. some have a simple workflow steps, some have a complex workflow steps

Appreciate if anyone can suggest the best way/tools for us.
