Best app for Email Functionality

I am looking for the best app to be able to email attachments from an issue and I also would like the ability to customize each email based on a template.  Is there an app that gives both of these abilities?

We added the ability to include attachments in comments in Notification Assistant for Jira https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=cloud&tab=overview We're working on other event types, and custom templates will come shortly after that.

I believe that JEMH does and it is a well known email app for Jira.  I would suggest trying it out and making sure it meets your needs before purchasing it.
