Best SLA plugin for my usage

Hello,

I get service tickets that can be assigned to different teams along their lives, and I would like to be able to calculate the time spent with each team assigned, considering they can have different calendars.

I've tested Time to SLA but I wasn't able to get what I want. Basically:

- I need a different calculation (whether it's the SLA itself or a goal) depending on the Team field value at a given time; e.g a "Team 1" SLA would typically start and stop when the ticket is assigned to Team 1. I wasn't able to get that with Time to SLA, as the SLA can start when the Team changes value but it's impossible to define which value.

- Each team can have a diffrent calendar, e.g one team can work 24/7 and one other can have office hours

- I need to be able to export the data either in CSV / Json or, even better, with REST APIs

I know a lot of app developers are hanging out here so if your plugin does it, don't hesitate to tell me!
