Hi there,

we got a new customer who uses jira as a customer. that means we have access to an account to view the issues etc, as a customer.

now we want to export all issues including comments to import the data in our own jira onDemand.

so my question its: how shall we do it? I am able to view the xml or export it as a word document but we would like to export it to a xml or csv file to import it.

can anyone push us into the right direction?

thanks in advance

Ok, so you would like to import all data from a hosted jira instance to another ondemand jira instance.

Here's the link which can guide you through the whole process.

Please note performing an xml import will wipe of any existing data n your on demand version
