Batching email notifications on sub-task creation to multi users

Hi Jira Community,

I work for a company where we have recently implemented a new Project in Jira to manage our Risk and Compliance obligations. The project has been completely designed in house.

One thing we are struggling with is that we have certain sub tasks that are generated on the 1st of each month. These sub tasks have a multi user option (control performers) and some users may be assigned to as many as 30 of these sub tasks.

We are trying to find a way for these control performers to only receive one email notification on the creation of these sub tasks. We currently have an issue where our notification is configured to send to control performers on the 1st of the month but the users are receiving an email for each sub task they are down as a control performer for.

Any ideas how these can be batched?
