Basic authentication is begin deprecated how can i add a ticket on cloud from my server

how can we authenticate only using code (java) and not involve the owner of the resource i a direct way ( using a browser to allow rights ). i have followed the the Oauth and Oauth 2 guide to get the token but they involve user opening the browser and allow rights, is there a guide on this (authenticate only using code) in jira documentation or some were else.
