Based on Team Field value we need to change the user picker filed

Hi Team,

Greeting for the Day!!

We have a Team Filed ,, while agents creating tickets when they select the Team value as a Audit then we have another user picker filed called QA owner  and it has to update with some name John.

Can some one suggest me the possible way to achieve it ?

Can you confirm the need here? Is it...

• If the field "Team" is set to Audit...
• Then the field "QA Owner" should be automatically set to <Username here>

Is this correct? I assume there's a whole range of other If/Then rules depending on the option selected?

What type of field is Team and QA Owner?

And do you have any Apps which can assist with Automation - eg. Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner, JSU Automation Suite, Jira Workflow Toolbox, etc?
