Base URL to create issues on JIRA returning 302 / 405 error code

I been using a script written in PHP and has been working for a while but suddenly it stopped after doing some troubleshooting I found that the base URL that points to the JIRA API is returning a 302 / 405 error code.

Any ideas if the API issue creation API is having a problem today?

This is something you'll need to take to your JIRA administrators.  It does look like they've changed something which is now breaking your calls, and you'll need them to tell you what, or fix/revert it.

They did make some changes a week ago but the Admin tested the URL without the changes implemented and they were still seeing problems.

Appreciate the feedback I believe you are right, I'll walk through the changes he did and look for failure point. Thanks
