Base URL can't modify after version upgrade 8.1 to 8.11

Hi Support,

Recently, i was upgraded jira version 8.1 to newest version 8.11. Once, the upgrade version 8.11 completed base url back to http://localhost:8080 meanwhile in version 8.1  base url https://jira.equine.co.id. I tried to modify through the UI system but still can't modify the base url.

Please advice how to resolve the issue.

How did you do the upgrade?  The recommended routes don't change the base url.

Also, can you describe "can't modify"?  Are you missing the option in general configuration's edit mode?  It won't accept text?  You save it but it goes back?
