Is there any way to create a bar chart from a custom filter on a Jira dashboard without using 3rd party components?
Hi @Dan Roman,
Did you try the Issue Statistics gadget configured to display statistic by Sprint? Perhaps it helps.
Or maybe the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget. At least you can see the count of issues in each sprint.
Or maybe you are looking for something like this?
The last is one of the many gadgets (the Team Velocity gadget) provided by our Great Gadgets app. This app offers many useful gadgets that will make your job easier and save your time; see the articles on our blog to see how many things you can track with this app. It could be a great asset for your company.
Danut.
Hi @Dan Roman ,
Welcome to the Community! What do you want to see in the bar chart? You could use the Recently created gadget to display recently created issues for a specified project as a bar chart. If you need something different as a bar chart you may need a 3rd party add-on.

Thank you @Carlos Garcia Navarro. I am amazed that a company like Atlassian can't provide an out-of-the-box bar chart gadget. It is not about money but they should understand that in large organisations marketplace is not an (easy) option.
I want to display the size of each Sprint as a bar chart graph. Basic planning. Exporting data to Excel and doing the smart stuff with macros is a very primitive solution. That's how applications were 'extended' in the last century...
