Hello, please advise, I can't create a bug, there are only Task and Epic fields. Why can this be?

I am assuming by "can't create", you mean when you click "create issue", it does not offer you "bug" as an issue type.

This tells us that the project you are trying to raise your bug in is not configured with bug as a valid issue type. 

Or that Bugs are a sub-task type, rather than a base level issue.  If they are sub-tasks, then you will need to create them from within the issue they are a part of - go to the "parent" issue and look for "create sub-task" in the actions menu on it.

Or is there another reason?  If it's not not being offered the type, then can you explain what is stopping you creating bugs?
