When trying to create a cloud backup of JIRA (https://qualitasag.atlassian.net/secure/admin/CloudExport.jspa), "Create backup for cloud" I get the following message:

Any idea what could be going wrong or where to look in order to find more (log file-like) information about what could be going wrong?

Hello @Anke.Regli , it is hard to tell what could have been the issue as we don't have access to the logs on cloud. Please open a support ticket with Atlassian, so that they can fix this for you.

Identified - We are currently experiencing issues where customers are unable to run a site backup. We have identified the issue are in the process of rolling out the fix.
