Backlog status has disappeared?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hey, All of my tickets in my backlog have vanished. Looking under workflow I now have new statuses "Triage" and "Needs Investigation". Is there a way to get the backlog status back in the workflow so I do not have to switch all the backlog tickets over?

Hi Christopher - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That means that someone has either changed the workflow or attached another workflow to that project. 

To get the Backlog back you need to do one of the two above. But I think you need to find out who did the change and why.

If you look at one of the tickets in the History section, it should say who changed the status from Backlog to something else.

I agree with @John Funk .

Check with the project and Jira administrators to see who changed the workflow.
