Backlog does not appear in on scrum board and on kanapan board

I have a server version not clod one and I can't find the backlog in the menu for my project?

Hello,

Either Jira Software application is not installed on your Jira Server(go to cog item -> Applications) or you do not have a Jira Service Desk license (go to user management, find your user and have a look if you have a Jira Service Desk license).

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I have installed three trial apps for one month:

1. Jira Core 8.0.0

2. JIRA Service Desk 4.0.0

3. Jira Software 8.0.0
