Hi there. I am trying to determine if there's a way to incorporate the score from the "Backlog Prioritization" plugin (that's available on jira's marketplace) into an advanced roadmap's plan. It doesn't look like this is possible since the field is "not supported," when I try to add it as a custom field to the plan, but wondering if anyone has found a workaround.

Thanks!Screenshot 2023-12-07 at 10.04.17 PM.png

Hi @Allie Emrich and welcome to the Community!

I am not using the plugin and so I am not sure how it calculates the score and/or what type of custom fields it may be using.

When looking for a workaround in cases like this, I usually refer to automation as your go to toolkit. Define a custom field of a type that is supported by AR's custom field import options and see if you can create an automation rule that copies the calculated score into your own, supported custom field somehow. There is a good chance that you may run into compatibility issues there as well and may have to use advanced field editing using json. But it may be worth a try.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, Walter! I actually also contacted their customer support and worked with them. The answer was in this article. Thanks!
