Backlog Avatar filter

Hi,

So I make a lot of use of the avatar selection filter at the top of Jira's backlog.

However, I can't figure out how to re-order the list. I would like to put my devs in front as I often select them to see their assigned issues. Currently the list puts my testers first, which have far fewer issues assigned to them.

If anyone has any ideas, would be extremely helpful. Thanks so much.

I have never seen any way of accomplishing this. I checked JAC for possible suggestions but didn't immediately find any.
