BDD_Feature - 'Could not create the scenario' despite required fields being populated

Hello! I am getting a weird error when adding scenarios in my BDD_Feature test case using Zephyr.

It's asking to fill out 'remaining and original estimate' but it's already filled out.

Things I tried that didn't fix it:

• Make these fields optional from Project Settings - when I made these fields optional, it didn't resolve the issue and still makes it mandatory.
  
  Also, another weird thing after making it optional is an error popped up saying 'Description' field is required but it's already filled out, too.

Any ideas?
