BAckup on server and restore on JIRA cloud

Hi,

I want to test JIRA Cloud

I did a backup on JIRA server and I want to restore on JIRA cloud:

The backup was ok I have a zip file with activeobjects.xml and entities.xml. I restore it in my icloud acount, I don't have an error but I can't found this project. I'm sysadmin and administrator.

ok thanks my problem was on my backup (I have some user with bad email).
