Azure Data factory- Cannot Find Worklog for Backlog Issues

Hi, I was trying to connect Jira to Azure Data Factory using the Native Jira Connector. The connection was successful and I am able to pull the data from Jira to Azure blob storage. However, upon inspecting the data, it was noted that the time logged under the issues marked as backlogs were unavailable. Is there any way to get the time logged for backlog issues?
