Average Time in status gadget is not working

Average Time in status gadget is not working

Hi Team,

We are seeing only straight line when we are using the Average Time in status gadget based workflow status. Could you please let us know how it works and how to see the status using this gadget.

I have not used server in some time but recall you need the charting addon installed. Here is a thread (old) I found that might help.

Understood but unsure if that translates to it not working. Basically there are free apps out there that, since they are free, don’t have support associated.
