Avatars not being shown as in cloud after migration to Server version

Hello all,

After migrating from cloud to Server the avatars that previously were shown as for example "IR" for my user Ivo Rodrigues(first letter of the first name and surname). Now is showing with only the letter of surname.

Is there any fix for this? I know that in the cloud the user is stored in the Atlassian cloud and has an ID. But with migration, the users are created again and also get new sys_ids, correct?

Can you check what is their full name? Does it corresponds correctly to what was on the Cloud?
