Availablity of JIRA Service Desk for cloud

We're running cloud versions of JIRA / Confluence but I'm trying to add the Service Desk module to our instance.  All I get is "We're working on it...don't call us...we'll call you".  Is there a timeframe that this is suppose to be available?
