Automatomation correctly adds an assignee but then doesn't see it while sending an email

Hi,

I have created an automation

to add an assignee with the role Finance 2 and this first part works but I think with a delay because before adding a delay and the condition to check it, the email was always sent to the assigne from the previous status (acceptance).

The problem is that after adding the delay and the condition to check if the automation already added the assignee with the Finance 2 role, the automation ends with the last condition not met.

Can someone see what I am doing wrong?

Will appreciate some help.

After deleting the condition, the email was sent to the assignee of the previous status.
I have changed the delay now to 5 to 10 min and will check again.

try to add a "re-fetch data" action between the assignment and the send mail action

I spent hours yesterday trying different delays and non of them help. At the end I wrote the email address instead of a smart value.
