Automation using Web Links field (linked to Github)

I would like to create a rule based on when the "Web Links" field gets updated (aka when an engineer adds a merge request or commit linked to a ticket). For our Jira instance, Web Links is connected to Github. When I go to create the rule in Automation, I do not see an option for the Web Links field. Does anyone know if it has a different name or if there is something else I should be looking for?

Currently it is not possible to trigger an automation on when a web link is added. There is a suggestion for it that you can view and vote on, see AUTO-776. Also check out AUTO-1776, its for adding web links as smart values.
