I'm trying to use automation to send an email to the reporter when a new issue is created but it is not working. I've checked every step of the automation but it's still not sending the email. Here are the screenshots of how the automation is set up:

Check in the audit log if you are getting any error messages.
Go to the specific rule and check the log for errors. Most likely it's not meeting a condition so it's not executed.
