Automation rules triggers when issue is cloned

I'm using Jira Software Data Center and Server v8.13 - I couldn't find anything about Automation Rules in the Jira documentation (please shoot me a link if I missed it).

I'm trying to determine if it's possible to apply a label to an issue if that issue has been cloned, ideally via Automation Rules.  I just want to enable these rules for a specific project in Jira.  I believe I am an administrator of the project (that's what my role says) but I'm not seeing anything about Automation Rules when I navigate to the project settings page.

I'm not sure if this needs to be done by a Jira administrator or if I as a project admin can do this.  Or if it is even possible.  Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, that is possible, and...

Automation for Jira for the server version is an addon, and there is a free (Lite) version and a paid (pro) version.  Please discuss with your site/instance admin which option may be available.
