Hi,
I have created automation rule for one custom field when issue is created if custom field is empty then it should show as None. Please let me know if my logic is correct as while creating ticket I am not able to achieve it.

@ibm_kustagi_mercedes-benz_com Does this None is the option added in custom field? and what type of custom field it is? assuming ist not added, in this case you can set the None option using the automation rule as its not present.

okay, great, if the None value/option exists then you just need to select the None option in the Edit work item action.
for an exampleL: as shown in the below, assume Issue type is your custom field.
