Automation "Comment issue" is not workin with another automation

Hi!

I have an automation rule A that creates a new task in the project.

And there is an automation rule B that creates a comment about creating a new task.

Problem: A comment is not created if the task was created through automation A.

If I create a task manually in the project via the "Create" button, then the rule works and a comment is created.

Hi @Igor Titov,

Check the rule details page of your automation rule that should add the comment. At the bottom of that page, you can enable a check box so the rule responds to actions triggered by other automation rules:

My guess is this check is currently not enabled and so your rule does not respond to other automated actions.

Hi @Igor Titov , you need to be sure to select the checkbox in rule B details to allow the rule to be triggered by another automation rule.
