Hi. Can you please advise for us the product, which can be used for enrolling patients (all information about a person) and used all automation of the business process in a medical clinic

Depending on how many doctors you have in the practice/hospital , I'd open every doctor (issue type) as an issue type and patients (issue type) of this doctor as linked issues. As patiences need different consultations from different doctors, you can link them to the patient's issue as well. You need to put issue security to patient issues types so that only the physicians can see his/her patients.

These are all dependent on your business process and how you want to do your reporting, which data you want to capture and organize.

Your network configuration is the one that need to be HIPAA Compliant. Information shared internally should be encrypted as well.

I was told this from our Sr. Architect as I work in Healthcare.
