Automation of sending email invites to the new users based on a GitHub PR merge

Hello,

I am just wondering if there is a way to automate the only manual step in the process of provisioning a new user account, which is sending an email invite to the user's email address from Jira Administration >> Invite users >> Type the email address >> Hit Enter.

Is it possible to set this up such that this is triggered when a specific repo gets a PR merge.

The email address of the new user will be part of the PR, just an FYI
