Automation not working (parent to Done when subtasks Done)

I just applied an automation suggested automatically by JIRA and it doesn't work. I moved all subtasks to Done but the parent issue won't, I've tried with many different issues.

It may be due to the issue you're transitioning not being a sub-task. Can you please go the audit log (between "Rule details" and "When: Issue transitioned"), click on "Show more" and send us a screenshot?

Another thing that you may want to try is to reselect the status in the if condition, I noticed that sometimes the library automations will not work unless you make a small change to them.
