Automation not working as expected

Hi Team,

We have an automation rule which gives the latest updated issue details through excel on mail.
Automation sending separate mail for each issue, but we need all issue details in single excel file for JQL query used in automation rule.
project in (A project, B project) AND updated >= -1d

Hi Pradeep,

It sounds like you just might want a filter subscription instead of an automation rule. 

Create your filter and then go to Details and add a subscription.
