Our automation rules have suddenly stopped working. This happens in all of our service desk projects.
We've tried creating a new rule, a simple create and assign, and it doesn't work either.
What could be the case?
Is there a limit to our automation executions? If so, where can we monitor our current usage?

This is a known issue that is being investigated. I believe it has been addressed and is being rolled out but just hang tight and you should see it corrected
