Hi,

Here the situation

  • When ticket is created
  • request type is new employee
  • Capture d’écran, le 2024-06-12 à 12.12.48.png
  • this part above is working well. 
  • If the reporter belong to a specific group normaly the system must create another ticket but nothing happened. What im doing wrong ?

Hello, Good day. Instead of using branching use the same flow in the rule.
