Automation gets error when using Jira Software License

I have an automation in Jira Software Project:

Problem is that if user only has ,,Access on site" permission my automation works but if i add on top of that ,,Jira Software" my automation gets errors:

I have ,,Labels" fields in all Projects and i don't know why this error appears. My simple logic tells me that more accesses is better. JS license is also  set ,,Default Access" group.

Are you changing the user (actor) for the automation rule, or are you changing the permissions for the default actor, the "Automation for Jira" user?

Or do you mean you changed something else?
