Hello,
I'm trying to get an automation to work whereby the "Estimated end date" is pre-populated 28 business days after the "go live date" is set so that we can keep the task open for 4 weeks for monitoring/reviewing purposes.
I have added in the following rules but it is not working.
I have completed an automation for the go live date to update when the status is changed to live and that's working fine, but the estimated end date automation is not.
Can you help me please.
Hi @Elinor Lewis and welcome to the Community! Does the Audit Log provide helpful information? Perhaps add a "Log action" action to your rule to get additional info?
If go-live date update is working but estimated end date update is not, could it be a permission issue? Is the end date field on the appropriate screen?

To debug an automation rule I recommend that you use the Log action.
