Monitoring Tool: Zabbix on AWS

I'm looking for Plug In tools which we can do as below ;

・automation for checking ignored alerts

・automation for sending alert notifications  by email.

Sorry, i do not understand what you want to do in JIRA for these events in Zabbix. Perhaps you want to create a ticket in JIRA for ignored alerts and manage the notifications from there?

There seems to be some level of integration available between these tools but not sure about your use case.
