This rule creates 2 tasks in different boards ( SP & SS) when a ticket is created in (SUP). In all boards the issue type is "Task" . But for some reason issue is not getting created in SS board. Can anyone help ?
When we create a ticket inside of SUP board , it works. But we have a trigger on our website when we try to create a ticket from there it fails.

We have found the problem and solution. And fixed it.
Problem: Under Rule Details > Actor > User who triggered the event
Solution: Under Rule Details > Actor > Automation for Jira
