Hi, I've seen some threads about this topic but haven't found a solution.
I want to set up an automation which action should be linking the ticket to a pre-existing one (it should always be the same).
I also tried to set up an action creating a ticket inside the pre-existing ticket creating a new ticket and linking it to the current one with the "Epic or Linked Tickets" condition. However, this had been unsuccessful too.
I am trying this in a Service Project.
Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks
Hi @Rodrigo Sala , thanks for your question.
Would you mind sharing the rule you are working on? I think it might help us to see better what you are trying to do and what is going wrong.
Thanks!
I've tried with "Create an issue" action. Linking the existing issue was the best alternative, but the automation was only allowing me to link it to "Trigger issue" or "Most recently created issue".
