Automation condition in JIRA

Hello Team, 

I need to set a automation rule with a condition that if comment body contains reporter name, the automation rule should trigger a tast.

Right now i am able to achieve this to some extent, like if in comment section @Reporter name is added this rule works fine.

But for my requirement it should even work if only reporter name is added without "@"(which comes as a normal text).

Hi @Bhartesh Jain 

I would envisage it would be difficult - Jira needs a method to identify a specific user - otherwise how it would it ensure it has the correct Account ID if two users share the same name, the users' name is misspelt, a nickname is used, etc?
