Automation Rule - Update % Complete based on status of the linked children

How to update the Parent's % Complete based on the children's status?
- Parent-1 (is parent of Child-1, Child-2)
- Child-1 (is child of Parent-1)
- Child-2 (is child of Parent-1)
What's wrong with my automation? It doesn't work.
