Automation Help! Parent issues to inherit status of moved sub-tasks

Hi there!  When a sub-task is moved to 'In Progress', I want the parent issue to inherit/match the 'In Progress' status?

Looks like I can set up automation for sub-tasks to inherit from parent status transitions, but I can't figure out how to do it the other way around? Thanks!
