Automation Didn't Happen and left no Audit Log

I have an Automation in a Software Project set up to create a new service request in another Jira Service Project.

The Trigger is when the project is moved into a certain status. 

I checked and all of todays automations did not work. No Audit log on a single one.

Has anyone else ever had this?

Today we have the same problem, but it seems that there are no active incidents. Please, have you any other information?
