In Jira cloud Instance, Please suggest a solution so that when a new ticket is linked, the current ticket UI updates automatically without requiring a manual refresh?
The issue view does not automatically refresh when changes are made by other users or external events, including when a new issue link is added. There is an open feature request for this, JSWCLOUD-12807, which covers auto-refreshing the issue view when changes occur. As of now, there is no native toggle or admin setting to enable real-time link panel updates without a page reload.
