Automatic transition only when code is merged into certain branch

Hi,

I want to set up the following transitions:

• move a ticket to "code review" when a PR is created from that ticket's branch with Staging as destination
• move a ticket to "QA Ready" when that PR is merged into Staging branch

What I want to avoid:

• moving tickets back from Done to Code Review when the very same PR is created for Master
• moving these tickets back to QA Ready when the very same PR is merged into Master

Is there any option to automate transitions based on the details of the trigger (branch name etc) and not purely based on the fact that "some code was merged somewhere"?

Can we have someone answer this for us? 

This is really a good feature to be added but for now, is there any workaround?
