Automatic creation of an issue for a specific scheduled day

Hi

I tried to use the Automation "Automatic create an issue for a specific scheduled day/days". It almost works)). The main issue is that when I test the rule and publish changes to create an issue at a time of , say, 3 minutes after now, it does not perform any actions. When I Run the rule it performs but doesn't wait until the scheduled time just performs right away. So the automation itself looses the sense. Because in that case it is easier to just create an issue.

Please help!

Thanks!

Hi Lena, I'm not sure what Automation you are referring to.  Was it one from a particular library?  If so, which one?  If it's an issue with a library Automation, I would contact support so they can look at it and make corrections if needed.  You can reach them at support.atlassian.com/contact.

If it's an Automation you built, could you possibly post the details of the Automation so we could try to get some specific information regarding what you are trying to do?

Thanks,

It is required to create an Issue in the particular project on the particular date. In my case, the rule should have been executed on 17 October at 15:07 am. However. it didnt create any issue :/
