Hello. Tell me how to configure the automatic addition of specific people in new tasks? Tasks are created through a letter to the mailbox.

I want that when the task arrives, I be placed in the observers and be able to track changes in the task. Because we have a large staff of employees and a large staff in technical support.

Hello,

Why do you want to add people to a task? Do you want them to be notified? If so, then you can create a role and fill it it with people in the required project. Then add this role to the project notification scheme.

You mean watchers? Watchers just receive notifications if an event happened to an issue. That is why you can add a role and add all required users to the role. Then add the role to all events in the project notification scheme, where watchers are. You can read more about notification schemes here:
