Automated Log Work

Hi There

I found some case, when user pause the card and moving to another card in others project they can not resume the timer. Did automate log work have a validation or limitation for pause timer?

What do you mean by pause the timer?  Are you using an add-on product in your time-keeping/logging functions?  If so, you may want to contact that product's vendor for support.

If this is a built-in feature of Jira cloud, please provide more details of the issue so the community can offer ideas to help.  Thanks!
